Spanish Revival Restoration

A complete restoration and modernization of a 1920s George Washington Smith home in the Spanish Colonial style. Original tile work was carefully preserved while modern systems — HVAC, electrical, plumbing — were integrated seamlessly behind period-appropriate finishes.

The outdoor living spaces were reimagined with a new courtyard, covered loggia, and landscape design that honors the home's Mediterranean heritage.

Modern Farmhouse

A whole-home remodel blending farmhouse warmth with contemporary design. Board-and-batten exteriors, steel-framed windows, and wide-plank white oak floors create a timeless aesthetic.

The open-concept great room flows seamlessly to an outdoor kitchen and pool area, designed for indoor-outdoor living at its best.
