Sean Caldwell founded Caldwell Construction with a simple conviction: the quality of a home is directly tied to the presence of the person building it. For over 20 years, he's been hands-on at every job site — not managing from an office, but overseeing the project daily.
Before founding Caldwell Construction, Sean spent years learning the trade from the ground up. Framing, finish carpentry, project management — he's done it all, and it shows in every detail of the homes he builds.
Based in Santa Barbara, Sean serves clients across Montecito, Hope Ranch, Goleta, Santa Ynez, and the surrounding communities. When he's not on a job site, he's likely planning the next one.

A thorough walkthrough, complete documentation of all systems and finishes, and our commitment to caring for and maintaining the home for years to come. After closeout, we transition to estate services maintenance on the client's behalf.
